I need to be hospitalised befor i have time off as its my livelyhood.
Where as employees in general take the piss,i tell all my lads ,runny noses and a sore throte are no reason for a sicky.
3 months off is a fooking long time if your paying there wages,i would be getting rid of em after 3 weeks ,seriosly
