hi there, not to sound like i dont appreciate your input, because i do, but its you that i think doesnt understand what im asking, its quite straight forward in my original post.

first and foremost im asking for advice and peoples input, i respect that i havent even tried them "as is" yet and im not saying this isnt what i will eventually do, all im asking for is people to contribute to my post that have coilovers fitted to their rs turbos and use them on the road for fast road use and the occasional track day, as asked in my original post.

i made it clear what i use my car for by asking this ie mainly fast road use and maybe the occasional track day, this is whats meant by "conditions".

this is the first time ill be using coilovers so all im asking is a little help really and input from other people who use coilovers mainly on the road. because im not an expert and havent used coilovers before i thought maybe, as many people are using the exact same coilovers, it wouldnt be a problem just to find out what other people are using ie spring rates and how they found them.

i really dont see, what im asking, as a problem and not alot of differance to people who ask advice on what make of suspension kits they should use, i totally agree there isnt a "one for all" setting ie what works for one person may not work for another but asking questions and advice on this forum helps alot of people to atleast get a good feel for what maybe is better suited to them than something that comes straight out of the box.

like i said i do appreciate everyones input including yours , all i ask is people read what im asking before replying and then asking me questions which are answered by my original post.
