I bought myself a quickshift kit for the 3dr, and ive just been outside fitting it.

took all the centre consul out, got all boots etc off, but to my horror, it looks like you have to drop the gearbox to get to the 2 bolts at the front of the gearbox casing that hold the stick in. Is that right?

If so, fuck it. it can go on ebay as i cant be arsed doing that!

What would be the easiest way to get around it?
