The fuel pump relay is triggered to run the fuel pump from pin 22 of the ecu, which gives the relay it's earth.
The ecu needs to be powered up before it can switch the earth, so.....
Check that the fuel pump primes when you turn the ign to pos 2
If it doesn't prime, then your pcm could be faulty, or either of the 2 relays.
If it does, then your relays should be ok.
Then.
See if your fuel pump runs, while you are cranking the engine,
If it does, then your ckp, and edis should be ok, as it is giving the correct signal to your pcm.
May need to lift up rear seat, in order to hear the fuel pump properly.
If the pump isn't running, then you may have a faulty edis,
Check you have 12v on pin 8 and a good ground at pin 9.
Not too good with coils, but i'd have thought, if it were to go faulty, you would normaly just lose one bank, although that could be complete bollocks,
