well i said id never bother going to fords again but i needed a new throttle cable, nice simple thing so i thought id give them one more chance,this is the conversation- can i have a new cable please, whats your reg no? i dont know,ive changed it twice for personal ones, we need your number or we cant order it,ill give you the chassis no instead,so i told them that,none in stock [theres a surprise!] ill pop in tomorrow to pick it up, went back next day, its on back order-will be another week, went back after a week, still not in, i said any idea when it will be here? no, its on back order, so i cancelled it, ordered one of ggr yesterday and it arrived this morning i deffo shall not bother with fords again they should only employ enthusiasts to work the parts dept,not people who cant give a shit
