they use normal concrete blocks on the outside they use metal clips from the timber kit house to the block exterior.its all they build up here in the cold north.ul get the timber kit house wind and water tight in about a week or so depending on size with the block work and roof work then to be done but all the inside workcan be done as soon as the timber frame is up!
