Sounds like the plunger on your metering flap is stuck open. Had same problem on my car, it will start and then choke due to excessive fuel luckily i had a spare so just changed the metering head so am unsure how you clean them.
Word of advice if it is this change your oil when the car is running right as all that fuel ends up in the oil
