VNC is good (as is remote desktop) but http://www.logmein.com/ is the absolute dogs bollcks!! its free, its web based, works in IE, works in Firefox, supports multiple monitors and best off all it goes over http and needs no port forwarding etc and goes straight throuh firewalls.

There is not much software that impresses me anymore but this one certainally does....
