I despratly need to get into the mum in laws PC as she has cocked it all up.
Some knobber @ NTL told her to change the passwords now nothing works according to her.
BEcause passwords have been changed she cannot send a remote support request to me as it wont send an email.

Any one know of a web site which would allow us both to connect that way have used them at work but cannot remember the site.
