Card's probably not all that bad, but be careful, some suffer from data corruption issues, mine has been perfect, except that it's very slow...

Good luck with that, I reported my seller to eBay (who had 1000's of +ive feedback) and got nowhere.
They sent me his contact details, and repeated phone calls ended up in his/her voicemail, no response from him/her.
He's no longer on eBay though, probably changed his username and started fleecing customers again
