This is about an Escort Wagon 1.8 105hp. The problems usually occur right after its warmed up. Especially out of low revs its hessitant, and when its like that and I put my foot down it has a tendacy of completely dying untill you let up off the throttle and give it some more very gently. After it gets going tho it revs very nicely with no hessitation. However once you get back to a constant speed it will begin to hessitate again.
Sometimes after it has done this and i have it sitting in the driveway running idle it will smell of unburnt fuel and it wont run smooth, bit up and down in revs.
I've allready been to Ford to have the ECU read for faults, but they couldn't find any. And ofcourse at the time it was there it behaved pretty well.
Sofar the ISCV has been cleaned (due to the idle problems) and the TPS, MAF and lambda sensors have been replaced by known working parts. Plugs and leads are brandnew, DIS has also been replaced with a known working part. But still the problems persist.
I hope i explained it clearly enough for someone to have a brilliant (working

) solution, cause i'm running out of ideas myself. Thanks in advance.
