not much in it really. the 0 - 60 time is the same in the M3 Cab and the 335i, bet the M3 is a bit quicker all round. I prefer the look of the 335i myself thou.
Each to their own mate, obviously i prefer the look of the E46 M3, M3 is 0-60 in 5.2, not sure on the 335i, mine will be a bit quicker once the super charger is on there
