Its a very stereotypical view to sugest all/most English are lazy or all Polish are great workers. Just as it is to say all muslims are bombers.

But for those polish that do work their socks of its because they have next to nothing at home whereas we live in a rich country. Some of you might have have work mates or mates from school who have rich parents and get free cars etc. SAME thing, they have no concept or a lesser concept of money. Therefore piss about.

In 3rd world countries you have 70 year old men digging the ground all day long for scraps to sell for a days food. Here they're retired and have their feet up.

You can bet any money though that in a few years time those Polish that do stay will be just the same as everyone else and be making demands once they become accustomed. Salaries, holiday pay, sickies, and skiving. Its not just accents and local slang you pick up after time.
