Ive just taken on a hungarian lad here and hes probably the hardest working guy i have ever met in 15 years. He never wants to stop for lunch and if he has nothing to do he finds something elsewhere in the factory. He also is first here and last out. And i did employee an english guy doing his job and he was earning 3 times the wage and wasnt half as good.After a month the hungarian lad has had a payrise and ive never done that
I can see the down sides but if they work as hard as this guy i can see why so many are taking "our" jobs and living here
