I don't think Tony has cleared it up at all! He merely mentioned that some manufacturers use different methods of creating float.
You have still not explained the differences between the disc mountings on your bike other than one has more play than the other
Perhaps one is worn more than the other....
Anyway it's a bttt for the folks who havn't seen what a plonker you are making of yourself over this
