just changed my cambelt today, once it was al timed and tensioned up i turned the engine over slowley 3 times manually via the pully to check everything was good. it wasnt till after the 3 turns that i remembered i hadnt yet put oil in the engine yet! has this now damged my block?

when i had the head off off a few weeks back there was still a thin film of oil on the walls, has this been enough to protect?
