I want to purchase a roll-cage camera mount for this years track days...I have a Canon Ixus 60 Camera [with 2GB memory:

Just wondered if the mounting stud is an industry standard for all cameras etc.. [diameter and pitch]?

Will I see decent results using this set-up?
