Howdy, haven't posted on here for a while.

Anyway, im coming up to 21 and finishing my apprenticeship so getting to the stage where housing is becoming a thought. I will agree that the house prices are getting rather high, but certainly not Ridiculous. Myself and a friend can get a joint mortgage for £380 a month each, and this will buy us a rather swanky apartment near the centre of town, with secure parking etc. Now i will agree that if living alone that would be insane as it would be £760 a month just on the mortgage, so it seems the only way onto the properly ladder at the moment is sharing.
