Hi there. I'm a newbie to the forum, we've had a Sierra Cosworth Saloon in the family for a while which i get to drive most days !! (hubby has a company car and is dead jealous !). We bought it with a louder dump valve, a stage one chip and an uprated acuator (okay i know what a chip is but an actuator ? Never mind !).

The guy we got it from said we just needed a better/bigger exhaust and a cone air filter to get 270 hp as it is around 250 hp now. Does this sound about right ? Also, we have a problem when people are in the back seat of car, the exhaust is scrapping the ground when you accelerate hard and speedbumps are a nightmare. Apparently all Cosworths do this ?
