Right got a bit of a problem to say the least , but how bad i dont know
Changed cam shaft oil seals and putting everything back together as in setting timing up etc, now timing i believe was ok BUT the plug connector to crank sensor was un plugged

which through me off because wouldnt start ,plug is a bit dodgy actually , and set up rotor arm to the marker on the cap
Now redone timing after i put this sensor back on , and some how i used the wrong marker on crank pulley and i think you know where im going with this one
Engine wouldt turn over obviously as was as if it was jammed
Now upon realising this reset it all up corrctly this is when we noticed the wrong marker ! etc
Now started first time but sounds as if its runing on 3 cylinders
Now is it head off time , or something else
