id personaly go for either a 2wd saff or esc rst for that kind of money. for 3k you can find a real tidy straight example of either as long as you are prepared to walk away from the dogs out there (about 90% lol). ive just sold a 90 spec series 2, 4 owners, 70k with fsh, never welded, drove like new for £2400 and imo it was a bargain (although was completely standard) good luck with the car hunt!
