As above people , basically failed my mot on a rubber bush(circular) , not sure the exact name of it , but its located on the rod that comes from through bulkhead and down towards steering rack , sits right in the centre of this rod , and realy need to know the name of it just so i can order up a new item , also i take it this comes apart you dont need to change this rod as a whole ?

Cant seem to get it of , theres strange looking bolts with a patern on them going throgh holding this circular rubber in place , but really dont know what to use to get it off

Any help appreciated
