Both are equally to blame.... it's a childish feud which is now extremely tiresome, boring & repetitive! Chip just can't stop himself from posting on Phil's threads, especiallyy as he knows full well it will wind Phil up. What's so hard for Chip not to post on Phil's threads, he doesn't have to and IMO Chip is in a position to stop Phil's paranoid ranting... but whether through stubborness or lack of willpower, he doesn't choose this option to give us all a fucking rest from reading Phil, Chip, Phil, Chip, Phil, Chip, Phil blah blah blah
