just done this and it says my tax is going ot be £190 for the modneo but only £175 for the sierra
but the sierra is a 2.9 and the mondeo is only a 2.0

Mondeo must be registered after March 2001 to get £190, it's then taxed on emissions value. (petrol car TC48 band f :
