Actually, to be fair, I think in years to come, people will still know who Muse are as I don't see them going away anywhere (as proven by the successfull track record so far) but people will be saying that about the muppets that win xfactor and those shows

I mean - wheres will young now? What about Gareth Gates? Or Hearsay, or the boy band that was supposed to rival Girls Aloud (so shite I cannot even remember their name) Or what about the most recent winner (some bloke- his success was so short lived I can't remember his name)
See my point? Muse started out like all the successfull bands did - on their own doing it their way and not comprimising. Bands like Metallica - still THE most successfull and biggest selling metal band of all time - and Radiohead (one of the most successfull indie/alternative rock bands ever) for example. Or Guns N Roses - one of THE biggest bands of all time!!!!
