the way that i do it is you need two people

one to work the pedal and one to work the nipples

take the cap of the brake fluid res

that start from the futhest a way brake pas back than drive back then drive front then pas front bleeding them one at a time

get the boy in the car to pump the pedal till theres pressure and then get them to hold there foot down and you relase the nipple till fuld leaks out or air then shut adn and pump the peadal you keep doing this till your getting fluid coming out with no air remember to keep the res filled it can take a while but ive never had probs doing this hope tihzs helps you
