I agree with karl here, if you buy something on ebay you have the right to check that the items are as described , if they are then you buy, thats the way i see it anyway.

If you bought a car on ebay and the floor number was dodgy would you buy it just because you won the auction, imo its also unpractical to go and view every auction that you bid on.
