contact ebay aswell for advice Karl as I think they have a claims procedure that guarrantees the goods aswell or they will resolve or refund the money themselves if not reasonable.

by ebay rules and how it is set-up then you are still effectively in the wrong as weevil is stating. but ebay should be used as a medium exactly the same as any other advertising method IMO.
