Can anybody help i hve the dash clocks from an escort cossie in my cab relica but the fuel and temp side of the clocks do not light up when you turn lights on can this be rectified.

Also the are two wires coming out of the back of the clocks which i hve been told go to the centre clocks to light them up but i dont no which wire goes to which pin the wires are marked as 1 and 2.
