...changed the lifters to day and found on the front 2 allen key bolts that hold the first cap on with the oil seal (camshafts) came out with helicoils on them...then noted some cam caps just spun and couldnt put up to ft/lb....they just span..so wound the studs out to find helicoils coming out too ...OBVIOUSLY in the past the nuts and allen key bolts where not torqued down and just put on over tight causing the need for the helicoils ...the 13mm nuts are 20ft/lb and the front bolts are 10ft/lb MAX...hardly anything...

So what can i do i NEED to get it running for Monday..is rehelicoiling ok..and where can i get a kit from???...need about 4 studs to go back in and 1 allen bolt.

ANYONE HELP??????
