I have a Sierra Sapphire 1.8 LX and i love it to bits but its a bit gutless.

After coming on here im slowly getting drawn towards an RS Turbo Series 2 or XR3i with the RS kit on (replica).

I am currently paying £1088 for TPFT Insurance (had a 2 year ban for no insurance).

Do you guys think i would be able to get an RS Series 2 or XR3i and insure it for the same price as my Sierra?

I know both the Escorts i want would kill my Sierra in a race.

or failing that should i just buy a Sierra with a 2.0 DOHC in it and sell my Sierra.

I really like Sierra's but the RS Series 2 is on my "must have before i die list".

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
