FWIW

Look at how many good customers you've got against this couple of charlies. In all honesty they won't harm your business if they start gobbing off if you have a happy customer base.

As a gesture of goodwill you could offer to take them back (at the customers expense) as long as they are the same fans, wrapped correctly etc......but give him a credit note not a refund.

What you do need to do is get your terms and conditions upto date and published along the lines of.......

All second hand parts are tested where possible, but no warranty/ guarentee is offered etc...

Refunds with a 25% handling fee and postage at customers expense etc...

Parts are described acurrately and you'll get sent what you ask for etc..

Don't worry if he tries to get the credit card company (debit cards are better as this facility doesn't exist) to do a "recharge" against you as you basically quote the above to them and explain the parts are S/H and tested before they go out etc.[/b]
