Right, his latest reply, and he thinks I'm trying to pull the wool over his eyes, I just can't win.


Hi, The company that fitted the unit have been fitting car stereos and supplying them are an actual AUTHOURISED DEALER OF PIONEER, so they won't be making any such errors,
first off though you said the unit had only been out of your car 2 days then how did you have the photo displayed 7 days previous? then i had to wait over 2 weeks to actually get the unit from you.
I had to buy another stereo as my car had now been rewired so the original stereo could not be refitted unless i paid ouy another £49.95, due to the fact that this unit you sent was faulty and i think you knew this, so what you should do is refund the money without any delay, otherwise i will be repoting this whole issue to Ebay and the revelant authorites to pursue that i get refunded fully. As far as i'm concerned you knew this unit was damaged goods and you just tried to off load it on Ebay. Regards Stefan
