on a escos, you need to get either the grpA one or the walbro like for like uprated replacement one as the escos std pump is the same as any other efi escort and just cant supply the fuel when bigger injectors are used. a saph can handle greens on its std pump , but if its never been replaced it will be getting slightly lower pressure than when new, so i would change it aswell

better to be safe for the sake of 150 quid.
