This thread reminded me of a two pound coin i was given as change in a pub a few months back. It was made in 1986 so i thought it must be rare and gave it my gf to keep safe.
I got it off her last night and looked it up on the web this morning and it could be worth £200
Its one of the first to pounds coins realeased and it celebrates the '86
common wealth games.
i had about 10 of them i got when i was a boy.they were still only £2 to buy at time and you got them in special pack thing
and i spent them a few years later when i needed £20
