About to get the top off and have drained all fluids and removed most hoses and connectors and noticed the workshop manual says "note rotating direction of cambelt"

So in what direction does the cams rotate?

Standing in front of the car looking at the engine...

Do they rotate clockwise or anti-clockwise?

Perhaps even easier to answer, what direction should the crank pulley bolt be turned to turn engine forward?
