Default Turbocharging the RS2000 I4

I know this has been done a few times now, Kenny at MSD built a grey one, and there was the red 4x4 in Performance Ford a few months ago.

Now, what I'm asking about here is whats involved in this. Obviously pistons will need to be replaced with lower compression forged items, but any guesses on the capability of the rods? Crank?

Managment, can the original stuff be re-mapped to cope, or is a complete managment change required.

The 'box is an MTX75 IIRC, which could handle the power I'm sure, but can you get a decent diff for it?
