Can you explain in laymans terms how to work out centrifugal forces ?
Heres the problem. I have to make a flywheel that has an external balance factor, this flywheel will be a smaller dia than the one it's replacing (actually a flex plate but you get the idea)



I can measure the size of the weight but if I'm thinking right the weight will have to be increased as the radius decreases How do I work out that if I move the weight in X amount how much material to add?
I only need to get fairly close as it will be balanced on the engine later, it's the not knowing thats frustrating!
