In your other thread i suggested a good way of you getting more money for a house but you never even replied so you either didnt read again OR you just dont want to better yourself mate . Yes i do earn more than 16k a year, i earned more than that when i was 18....but at the same time i dont earn mega bucks.

House prices imo are fine now as they are. If i was a 1st time buyer i could afford to buy one....not like one im in now but like i said my parents had to start off in a bit of a dump and work up to their nice bungalow. If you only earn 16k a year then your in the start off in a dump bracket and work up...or change of career.
