Does anybody know if the mobile speed vans give you the same tolerance as fixed camera's, I.E 10% of the speed limit +2mph?

I was going down a dual carriage way the other day (70 limit) and the needle was just shy of 80 when i spotted a van, in reality i would of been doing about 75mph, so if theres no leniancy on it looks like ive got another 3 points
