This is the message he left me.

I'm afraid that i am going to have to return the stereo to you it's faulty, no sound.
I took it to a car stereo specialist and had it fitted wich cost me £49.00, he fitted it in and re-wired my car so it would work. The display works perfectly but there is no sound from the speakers. It was put on the testing unit inside the shop and had the same result,
so i am going to have to ask for a full refund including post and packing of £92.00,
and i will be returning the unit via the post office tomorrow,


I don't like the whole rewired my car so it would work comment, surely it wouldn't need rewiring, its an ISO connector and straight in???
