I hate flying, last year i was a lot worse than this year, was a lot more calmer, quite strange.
I'm a lot calmer about most things, and dont let things bother me like i used to, which has only been since i had panic attacks.
Only problem i have is one thing gets to me the most out of everything and i cant overcome it, however much i try, but it dont make me panic no more, but i would now like to work on how to get over it.
Anyone who has suffered from them do you find you have no enthusiasim for anything ? Like nights out, days out, holidays etc etc
