..to add you take valium style treatment and you are far more out of it..but you can still legally drive on em ...

Take xanax etc to control the panic with counciling..if severe..xanax WORKS but it renders you useless for 4 hours but its better than feeling like shit!

..i find a bit of alcohol at night helps me get thru it...i had all treatment goin..i am now down to the bare minimum required for a life I not had an easy time mate..but i wont complain what happens happens only YOU can deal with it.
