Alcohol makes it worse IMO Yeah when your pissed you forget all about it etc But when i have a hangover my panic attacks are worse.

My attacks were brought on by the stress on my old job back up North, then i moved away from home and started a new job, which the doctor said i did too much all at once.


I have been to see a counciller, and must admit it did help.
