I think fair play to him

How many of us have done the same in work / company cars / vans ?

And if we had been caught, i know i would try n e thing i could to get off the speeding charge, just has he did, and seems to be pretty much winning so farr

Also, they were saying on the radio, that he was one of the country's highest trained police drivers, and he was in a brand new car.

Now don't you think he would have accessed the risk of doing 90odd in a 30mph zone, 1st ly we dont know what that road was like, was it in the middle of a house estate, or one of them silly 30 limets that could easily be a 60mph (we have loads like that round here )

And 159mph on a motorway, i know several people who have "claimed" to do that speed + on the motorways, at 3am, is it really that bad a thing ???

AND, if it was his 1st time in the car, wud'nt you rather he chose some quiet roads in the middle of night to speed, and get used to the speed, and the feeling of speed in a slightly different car, or when he has to chase a stolen car down a busy highstreet in the middle of the day ??

I still have mixed feelings about this, and i agree, the law is the law, and he should be punished, but i break it daily, as do 99% of people on here.

If he got banned from driving / loose his job etc etc, then we have just lost all the money WE payed for him to train up as a cop etc etc

and i think we need all the cops we have on the beat, and shud'nt be fucking around trying to get one sacked.

Should keep this going to page 6 atleast
