He's probably been on a paid suspension for the last 2 years so although he's still a trafffic cop he hasn't actually been doing much work due to the pending court case. And now he faces disiplinary procedures from his force which will probably end up in dismissal. Can't really have someone with a dangerous driving conviction as a traffic cop can they.

Also according to tonights news it was a 60 in a 30.
