no its not mate - i got done for an average speed of 106mph and got 6 points and a 80 quid fine - was a skivvy student at the time tho
Several of my mates got done a week before and a week after me, we all had to goto court and all got 6 points and a fine. All our ave speed was over 100 mph and these were all separate incidents on different days. Was back in 1998 tho.
