get yourself on ebay and buy one of the discs that are sold there, usually about £6 they have all the manuals on them etc. Setting up a standard 500 engine is exactly the same as any standard 2wd cosworth, its only the components that are different, settings are all the same so just use that section under the 2wd engine as a guide.
