There is an earlier version of Microcat kicking about with RS 500 codes on it, someone on the old RS board was selling it but well over a year ago now, someone may have a copy still? If you need any codes for specific RS500 parts I can get them for you.

basicly i want somthing like a workshop manual so i can set timing ect.
on some of the earlier threads people have put diograms of the timing ect thats the type of thing i need as i have just bought an rs500 and need to know what dump valves do and actuaters and other things so if there id a manual out there
can someone tell me were to get one or has anyone got one for sale

get yourself on ebay and buy one of the discs that are sold there, usually about £6 they have all the manuals on them etc. Setting up a standard 500 engine is exactly the same as any standard 2wd cosworth, its only the components that are different, settings are all the same so just use that section under the 2wd engine as a guide.
