Thatīs exactly what I was gonna ask! lol Like thats the Estate Agents fault!? And I more than anyone should hate Estate Agents after the last one who tried to sell my house plagued me with nuisence calls & perverted texts on my mobile

Ps: Ive sold a house through an Estate Agent, and sold one direct, not really much difference depending on which Agent you use apart from the fee, all comes down to whether your Solicitor is any good or not.
